About the Book

Reflections from the Light is more than a book — it’s a companion for your journey back to clarity, balance, and wholeness. Each chapter begins with a heartfelt reflection, followed by either a Light Focus (a journaling prompt to deepen your self-inquiry) or a Mini Practice (a simple, actionable step you can take right away).

The book is designed to be flexible: you can read it straight through, one reflection at a time, or you can open to any chapter that speaks to you in the moment. Whether you spend a few minutes with it each day or revisit it in times of transition, Reflections from the Light is here to meet you where you are.

How to use it:

  • Read one reflection slowly, letting the words settle in.

  • Pause with the Light Focus or Mini Practice, and write, breathe, or act on what comes up for you.

  • Keep a journal close by to capture your insights and notice your growth over time.

This is not about rushing or “fixing” yourself. This is about remembering the light you already carry and allowing it to guide you forward.
